Since 2014, the company Wizeline has been helping businesses develop greater products quicker while emerging global talent. The headquarters were opened in San Francisco. In that year, they also opened their central engineering hub in Guadalajara, Mexico. Two years later, they expanded their operations in Australia, Vietnam, and two more offices in Mexico in order to be able to serve their growing client portfolio.

The company started its operations with a SaaS product which helped professional product managers to plan and track projects related to software development. By building products for product managers, they could discover something interesting. They realized that big corporations worldwide were struggling to create new products fast. Companies were focusing on building products internally, which was slowing down their innovation efforts. They were unable to find enough professionals with specialized technical skills, and also they were struggling to identify which products they had to build in order to stay competitive.

Their customers started to ask them for advice on how to hire global talent, as well as on product development. With this, they realized there was an opportunity to help organizations to get the best from amazing people in order to get the best products and development practices.

Today, they are truly passionate about helping their clients build creative products. They partner with their clients throughout the whole development process, designing and building fantastic software together from start to finish.

Since their very first day, they have been committed to developing the careers of their staff and communities. In 2016, they launched their Academy called Wizeline Academy, which helps them build tech ecosystems through education. This academy offers free workshops, courses and certifications on the most needed tech skills. Also, it has sprouted several initiatives such as CodeGDL. This alliance is a coding partnership with high schools in Guadalajara. Part of the company mission is to make innovation and technology accessible for all.
