Was created in 2001 by a team of technology enthusiasts who decided to start creating software tailored to customers' real-world needs, with fun and passion. Nowadays, 20 years later, the team is formed by over 90 Professionals. Over the years, the company has completed over 450 projects for more than 300 happy Customers.

The company successfully blends hard-won experience with their evergreen excitement to serve customers that are looking to build a long-term relationships. Among their clients we can find Sega, BBC, Honda, Canon, HTC and many more. In the company they believe that understanding their clients´ business is vital for projects to succeed.

Sergei Vardomatski is one of the founders. He is also a pilot, and he has founded a flight school as well. He holds a degree in international economics. Since 2001, he has been the brain behind the company´s strategic decisions, always inspiring leadership.

Alexei Lemeshev is the CEO, being in charge of the strategic decision-making. He is also respoible for the company´s daily operations such as project efficiency, business process quality control, budget control and finances. He has worked for the company since 2009.

Andrey Kazakevich is the Head of Production. He became part of the team in 2018, working as a Project Manager. Nowadays he is in charge of overseeing all project´s production, and also managing the Quality Assurance department. He is also in charge of the Technical Excellence team, whose mission is to develop the company's AR, AI, VR, ML and IoT expertise. He has a broad experience in robotics.

According to the company, there are several factors that make them different. One of them is that projects could be big enough to scale, but always small enough to take special care. Also, they are a flexible team which is able to quickly start a project. If the project could be done by a small team, in less than 2 weeks the project could be ongoing. In case is a big one, it wouldn´t take more than one month. Another advantage is that they aim to have a stable team. Nowadays, the team has an average of four years working for the company.
